Description
The Maxima TFS12B is a simple standalone fingerprint access unit for small and medium offices, and it can also act as a plain fingerprint reader feeding a controller over Wiegand output. Users verify by fingerprint, password or ID card, with a response of 0.8 seconds or less. The 500 DPI recessed sensor copes with dry fingers and strong sunlight, which matters at street-facing doors. Capacity is 500 users with 100 000 records, and the database can be moved between units with a USB flash drive. It runs on 9-12V DC with a relay output and doorbell function, so replacement installs stay quick.
